  • I maintain confidentiality in accordance with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for Good Practice, of which I am a member.

Sessions take place via secure online platforms Zoom or Google Meet.

If the session is disturbed by someone walking into your space, we can agree a safe word or a gesture to alert me to stop talking or end the call. This can be agreed at the beginning of the initial session.

  • Online Therapy is a commitment and investment into your emotional wellbeing and mental health.

In order for therapy to have a chance of being successful, it is important that you regularly attend. This is usually weekly, which can reduce as the counselling comes to an end.

You are not limited to a specific number of sessions.

We will be reviewing our work together as an ongoing process.

You are free to end counselling at any time, but it is recommended that you discuss this with me first, so a formal ending session can be held.

  • Online therapy is an effective and widely used way to access professional support, with research showing it is just as beneficial as in-person counselling.

I offer online psychotherapy across the UK, helping clients with anxiety, trauma, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

Being in your own familiar environment can make it easier to open up and feel at ease.

With a strong therapeutic relationship and approaches such as EMDR and EFT tapping, online therapy can help you feel calmer, process difficult experiences, and regain a sense of control.

  • The free 20-minute consultation is a chance for us to meet and see if I’m the right counsellor for you.

You can ask me any questions about how I work, and I’ll ask a few questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy at this time.

This short conversation helps us both decide if we’re a good fit before starting therapy.

It’s completely confidential, even though you won’t technically be in therapy with me yet.

  • Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £60. I also offer 90-minute sessions for £100.

Payments can be made via bank transfer.

The full fee is due upon confirmation of your scheduled session to ensure it goes ahead as planned.

Please note that your booked session will be held for 48 hours to allow for payment. If payment has not been received within this timeframe, the session may be released and made available to other clients.

If you would like to discuss alternative payment arrangements, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

How Online Counselling Can Help

Online counselling provides a safe, confidential space to explore anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges from the comfort of your own home.

You might be:

  • Struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or low motivation

  • Finding it hard to focus or feeling overwhelmed by daily life

  • Stuck in patterns like procrastination or self-doubt

Therapy can help you feel more relaxed, regain focus, and begin to enjoy life again.

We will work together using approaches such as EMDR, EFT tapping, and talking therapy, within a warm and supportive space. This can help you reduce anxiety, build resilience, and feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions.
