About me
I am a qualified trauma counsellor and psychotherapist and an accredited member of BACP. I’m experienced in supporting clients who struggle with anxiety or experienced burnout and lots of stress in their lives. I can help with family and relationship problems, low self-esteem and low self-confidence. I offer tried and tested techniques combined with a warm and supportive space to help you to rebuild resilience and more positive outlook.
Based in Northamptonshire, UK, I currently offer online and telephone counselling sessions. Additional language -Russian.
