Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique is a relatively new addition to modern psychotherapy. However, its roots go back to Shiatsu, Acupressure and Acupuncture – an ancient Chinese/ Japanese therapies. With plenty of evidence based on scientific research and simplicity in application, EFT Tapping has been gaining popularity over the last couple of decades in the west.

It has been noted that stimulating certain points on the skin, paired with specified mental activities, can instantly shift your brain’s electrochemistry. This can be noticed as feeling lighter, calmer and able to overcome difficult emotions such as fear, guilt, shame, jealousy and anger. It can help to change unwanted habits and behaviours and enhance your abilities to love, succeed and enjoy life.

EFT Tapping Points

EFT Tapping is a simple technique. Once learnt, it could be used as a tool for self-help.

During the session, I will show you the basic sequence. We will be working together, and you will be tapping on certain acupressure (acupuncture) points on the top part of your body whilst working through the issues. 

I offer EFT Tapping sessions via video call. First session is 90 min and following sessions are 50 min.
